The Preparation

1. Buy or create a lottery scratcher of “Will You Marry Me”. Buy a few real ones as well. (She loves scratchers)
2. Buy a fake ring because she WILL say “No” as a joke because that’s how she is.
3. Need Fireworks. Research NYC 2012 Fireworks schedule. Compare dates with An’s work schedule where she’s off both days of the weekend.
4. Purchase a champagne based on The Wine Trials top 10 list.
5. Schedule selected date with Activities and Food. Utilize Groupons/Google Offer when applicable to throw off scent.
6. A month prior to selected date, start taking An out every weekend to set precedence.

The Schedule – May 12th, 2012

12/1PM – Brunch/Play Real Lottery Scratcher
3PM – Queens Archery, 170-20 39th Avenue Flushing, NY 11358
5:30PM – Dinner – Bon Chon, 957 2nd Avenue New York, NY 10022
7:30PM-8:30PM – Explore Time Square
9PM – Dessert – Kyotofu, 705 9th Avenue New York, NY 10019
11:00PM – South Street Seaport, 89 South Street New York, 10038
11:28PM – Play Fake “Will you marry me?” Lottery Scratcher
11:28:30PM – Take out the fake ring, go down on one knee and “speak from the heart.”
11:29PM – She will say “No”, jokingly. “Throw a fit” and toss the fake ring into the river
11:29:15PM – (Hopefully she will not dive after it) Bust out the real ring and ask “Well, does this change your mind?”
11:30PM – Fireworks event starts
11:40PM – Break out Champagne
